Our Policies
Registration & Attendance
- All registrations must be completed online in advance.
- Students must attend the full class session to receive CE credit.
Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations received at least 48 hours before class will receive a full refund.
- No refunds are issued for cancellations within 48 hours of class or for no-shows.
Technology Requirements
- A stable internet connection, camera, and microphone are required.
- Students must remain visible on camera throughout the course to receive credit.
Certification & Reporting
- CE credits are automatically reported to CE Broker upon course completion.
- Students will also receive a completion certificate for their records.
